hello- i am laura wright, formerly known as laura david.
technology is not my favorite part of life but i have decided to embrace this aspect due to the rise in gas prices. what? i know that is a little weird, but you see, my husband and i are living at least 3 hours away from any family...therefore i decided that in order to keep people updated on our little house in paso robles i would try out this blogging thing. the price of gas just keeps going up, so 3 hours may seem like nothing but for this very money conscious family, it definitely is for us. for awhile i used other sources like email and facebook to keep people updated but i wanted to be more creative and involved than what facebook allows. also, i didnt want to constantly keep showing up on everyone's news feeds just to post pictures of daily life- so i am giving this a try to see how it goes.
