2 bags & 3 scared men.

today was rough.
jesse is basically getting all
his molars at the same time:
2 are through and he is
vigorously chewing on all his fingers
to get the other through.
top it off, again we are
both fighting colds.
so a 1 year old with very swollen
tender gums, constant runny nose, and
a pregnant mommy dont mix well!

so...
3 scared men
(yes another walking story, read if you have time.)
(ps...this may only be funny to me)

alright, as stated in the post a few days ago,
we try to walk everyday by an open field
to let the dogs off their leashes to do their "business"
and to just run and play for a little (plus jesse loves to watch them run and play!)
well, this morning i had let the dogs off, just as a truck of gardeners pulled up....probably to work on one of the houses across the street.
these three large men got out of their truck and started getting ready to take out their tools
...then the dogs started approaching them
at a fairly significant pace...one of them was barking as dogs do
but not anything that alarmed me.
well...apparently...these three large grown men, mind you all grouped together
were very intimidated
yes...all three men jumped up onto the ledge of their truck
and screamed like little girls...
i was laughing so hard cause it was a
hilarious to see these men grip the truck for their dear lives
all over these smaller than average...really quite friendly
yellow labs.
finally i called the dogs back...they came running right away
and the men looked at each other
and quickly started making fun of the other for being so
scared...each realizing that they themselves acted just
as much of a pansy as the other...sooo funny.
when i walked past them
they said are you sure they wont bite
and i said i promise...they were still very nervous
hahaha ...
grown men squealing like little girls.

and now..
2 bags...
yes it's official
-i have packed my hospital bag {today}
[i did not do this last time, and ended up throwing stuff into a bag and forgetting everything i needed.]
-and i packed stuff for her [last time i threw stuff in my bag for a 9 month old....uh genius huh? did i think i was giving birth to an elephant?]

today i also started working on re-finishing jesse's dresser for his new room...ill post pictures of the process later.

ok well this post was a lot of writing...
but tomorrow i have more pictures
and i get to reveal the big news
[most of you probably know]
but i have been dying to post it officially on the blog.

have a great day/night!
